The advanced AIRSEEKERS intelligent control system allows you to easily manage your robotic mower’s schedule and customize mowing tasks for different zones in your garden. Before we get into the main features, let’s go over the basics of how you can set up your AIRSEEKERS app. 

How to Download the AIRSEEKERS App

Getting started with your AIRSEEKERS app is simple enough. These are some step-by-step instructions on how to get your lawn maintenance streamlined using the app:

Step 1: Download and install the free AIRSEEKERS app from the Google Play Store or the iPhone store.

Step 2: Click “Register” to create a new account and fill in your email address, then follow the on-screen instructions to set up your password and agree to the terms of use.

Step 3: Click “Request” and a verification code will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive the verification code, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

Step 4: Once your account is set up, you can go back and log in with your new credentials. 

How to Add Your Tron Robotic Mower

The next step, of course, is getting the AIRSEEKERS Tron robotic mower connected to the app you just downloaded.

1. First, ensure that the distance between the mower and your phone is less than 3 meters (10 feet), then turn on your phone’s Bluetooth.

2. Ensure the Wi-Fi connection is strong and stable.

3. Switch on the Tron robotic mower. Ensure that the charging station is on and that the mower is placed on it. The charging station light will be green. 

4. Press and hold the power button down for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns on, then release the button. The device will play a short tune, wait till this ends before scanning the QR code.

5. Remove the mower from the charging station and open the Tron battery compartment cover to reveal the QR code. 

6. Scan the QR code as instructed in the app, log onto the Wi-Fi, and wait for the success message. 

Once your mower is connected, you can begin taking advantage of Tron’s precision and AI-enabled navigation system.

Setting Up Your Real-Time Path Tracking

Unlike traditional RTK systems, NetRTK connects to cloud services using built-in 4G or Wi-Fi networks. This allows the mower to correct its positioning in real-time and provides centimeter-level precision without needing to install or wire a physical base station in your yard.

When using your Tron robotic mower for the first time, you will receive a notification in the app to bind the NetRTK. First, you must ensure that the RTK base station is connected to a standard power cord and that the green indicator light is glowing solid.

You must then follow the on-screen instructions asking you to scan the QR code on the RTK base station and complete the pairing. After pairing is complete, the app will prompt you to check the RTK base station placement. You can follow the app's instructions to determine whether the RTK station is positioned correctly.

To view the real-time satellite signal strength, simply tap the RTK base station icon on the app's home screen. If the RTK icon appears grey, you must redeploy the station. If the satellite count is below 45, redeployment is strongly recommended. If the satellite count is above 70, the signal is stable, and you can proceed with mapping.

Starting Your Multi-Zone Mapping

Now that the NetRTK feature is properly set up, you can move over to mapping out your garden from the app. This will give the Tron mower the guidelines of where it can mow and where it cannot. 

It’s important that you first clear the lawn of any debris and obstacles, such as toys, pets, children, small stones, branches, or other items that may prevent the mower from moving freely. Please remove the protective films covering both the front and rear cameras of the mower as well. Failing to remove the films may affect the camera's accuracy.

There are 4 main criteria to meet before you begin the mapping process:

1: Ensure a strong and stable Bluetooth connection.

2: Have the mower properly docked into the charging station.

3: Ensure that the battery is above 20%,

4: Ensure that the NetRTK system has been set up. 

Once all these boxes are ticked, you can press the “Start Undocking” button to release the mower from the charging station. You can then click the Drawing mode button in the top right corner to use the remote-control feature under Work Area mode and begin setting up your working areas, your no-go zones, and your pathways. While mapping, try to keep the mower a minimum distance of 10 cm from walls, fences, obstacles, or ditches. Keep your phone within 3 m of Tron as well to maintain a stable Bluetooth connection.

Click Drawing mode again and switch to No-Go Area mode, and use the same method to map out the areas you do not want mowed. You can then use Passage mode to create pathways to get to mowing areas while avoiding no-go areas. 

Once the setup is complete, click the save button and the boundaries will automatically be outlined on the app. You can now generate your defined mowing areas on the map.

Start Your Mowing Journey 

To begin mowing, simply tap the “Start” button. If no mowing parameters are set, the Tron mower will use its default settings. Under the “Settings” option, you can adjust the map height, angle, and work area priority. 

Keeping Your Firmware Updated

It is crucial to always keep your Tron robotic mower updated with the latest Over the Air (OTA) firmware updates. The app will automatically check if you need a firmware update. If you receive a firmware update notification, please immediately click to update. You can also manually check for available updates by checking the About tab in the drop-down menu on the app.
