- 1. Program Overview
The AIRSEEKERS Pilot Program is a multi-year user participation initiative where selected customers help improve AIRSEEKERS products through real-world usage, feedback, and community engagement. In return, members may receive benefits such as discounted or complimentary upgrades to future products.
2. Eligibility
Customers who purchase eligible AIRSEEKERS TRON Series products (TRON, TRON SE, TRON PLUS) during the enrollment period are automatically eligible. Existing customers are automatically enrolled.
Participation is subject to approval and may be modified or revoked at AIRSEEKERS’ discretion.
3. Membership Tiers
All members start as Core Members. Selected users may be upgraded to Elite Members based on participation and contribution.
Core: 40% discount on Ultra Series upgrade + standard support, warranty, and updates
Elite: Free TRON Ultra upgrade + priority access + beta testing opportunities
Tier status is determined solely by AIRSEEKERS.
4. Participation Requirements
All members agree to:
• Use AIRSEEKERS products in real-world lawn conditions.
• Join the AIRSEEKERS Pilot Community.
• Provide honest feedback through text, photos, videos, surveys, or discussions when requested.
• Participate in future testing, product evaluations, or improvement initiatives when reasonably requested by AIRSEEKERS.
Core Members
To maintain Core status and remain eligible for program benefits, Core members must:
• Remain a member of the AIRSEEKERS Pilot Community.
• Share product feedback and usage experiences when requested.
• Participate in surveys, discussions, or future testing opportunities from time to time.
Elite Members
To qualify for and maintain Elite status, members must meet all Core requirements and additionally:
• Submit at least five (5) qualifying product feedback videos within three (3) months of enrollment.
• Provide at least two (2) product improvement feedback submissions during the same three-month period to help validate software, OTA, App, or product improvements.
• Cooperate with reasonable follow-up requests from the AIRSEEKERS product team regarding reported issues, improvements, or testing activities.
Failure to meet Elite requirements may result in downgrade to Core status and loss of Elite upgrade benefits.
5. Elite Qualification Requirements
To qualify toward Elite upgrade benefits, submitted videos should provide meaningful product feedback and may cover topics including:
• Before-and-after mowing results
• AIRSEEKERS operating on a real lawn
• Product setup and installation, including auto-mapping
• Multi-zone management
• Slope handling performance
• Obstacle avoidance performance
• App experience and usability
• Cleaning and maintenance
• Anti-theft alarm functionality
Submitted videos must meet the following standards:
• Minimum length of 30 seconds per video.
• The AIRSEEKERS product must be clearly visible.
• Content must show real outdoor lawn usage.
• Content must be original and created by the participant.
• Videos should include meaningful observations, experiences, or feedback.
• Duplicate, repetitive, or substantially similar videos may not be counted separately.
• Videos must be of sufficient quality to evaluate product performance.
• Content must not contain unsafe operation, offensive material, misleading claims, or violations of applicable laws.
AIRSEEKERS reserves the right to determine whether submitted content satisfies Elite qualification requirements.
6. Content & Usage Rights
By submitting content, you grant AIRSEEKERS a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish your content for marketing and product purposes.
You confirm that all submitted content is original and does not infringe third-party rights.
7. Upgrade Rewards
Upgrade benefits apply to the future TRON Ultra (release timing subject to change).
Rewards are non-transferable, non-cashable, and must be redeemed within the specified redemption period.
Elite members who satisfy all qualification requirements will be eligible for a complimentary Ultra Series upgrade. Core members will be eligible for the designated Ultra Series upgrade discount at the time of launch.
8. Key Legal Notes
AIRSEEKERS may update program terms, benefits, eligibility requirements, or qualification standards at any time with notice.
Participation is voluntary, and AIRSEEKERS retains final discretion regarding eligibility, membership tier status, qualification decisions, content acceptance, and program benefits.
