Refund policy

I. Return Service Policy

Thank you for choosing AIRSEEKERS. We are committed to providing you with quality products and outstanding service. The AIRSEEKERS return and exchange policy applies only to original AIRSEEKERS products purchased for personal use (not for resale) from AIRSEEKERS authorized retailers (hereinafter referred to as "Products"). By using AIRSEEKERS products, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with this policy. In the event of any conflict arising from translation, the English version shall prevail.



II. Return Conditions
For products purchased on DTC channels (airseekers-robotics.com, us.airseekers-robotics.com, eu.airseekers-robotics.com), a return request may be submitted if any of the following conditions are met:

  • Within 30 calendar days from 00:00 on the day after receipt of the goods, the product's outer packaging, accessories, gifts, and instruction manual are complete, with no human-caused damage, the product has not been activated or used, and is in brand-new condition without affecting resale.
  • Within 30 calendar days from 00:00 on the day after receipt of the goods, a manufacturing defect or performance failure is discovered, and official technical inspection confirms that the issue cannot be resolved through a software upgrade or repair.

For products purchased at offline stores or authorized dealers, please contact the original purchase channel to inquire about returns.

We reserve the right to refuse a return request in the following circumstances:

• A return request is initiated after the return period specified above has elapsed from 00:00 on the day after receipt of the goods.

• The returned item is incomplete, the outer packaging, accessories, gifts, or instruction manual is missing, or the appearance is damaged due to human causes.

• A valid proof of purchase or documentation cannot be provided at the time of return, or the documentation has been forged or altered.

• AIRSEEKERS technical support department inspection confirms there is no quality issue with the product.

• Quality issues caused by collisions or burnout unrelated to the product's own quality, or by unauthorized modification, ingress of foreign matter (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, or failure to use and operate the product in accordance with the instruction manual.

• Tearing off or defacing labels, machine serial numbers, etc.

• Products damaged due to unavoidable factors such as fire, flood, lightning strike, traffic accidents, or other force majeure events.

• Failure to ship the relevant items within 7 calendar days after confirming the return service with AIRSEEKERS.

 

III. Return Shipping Costs

• If the product being returned has a performance failure caused by non-human factors, AIRSEEKERS will bear all related costs.

• If the reason for return is personal dissatisfaction with the user experience or other non-specific reasons, the return shipping cost shall be borne by you. In addition, if the product has been activated and used at the time of return, you will not only need to pay the return shipping cost, but may also be liable for additional handling fees, product depreciation fees, and cleaning fees (at least USD 30, with the specific amount depending on the actual condition of the product).

 

IV. Return Process

Contact the AIRSEEKERS Customer Service Team (Support@airseekers.ai)

• Contact the AIRSEEKERS Customer Service Team (Support@airseekers.ai) and provide the necessary information — such as proof of purchase, product serial number, order number, product photos, and packaging photos — to confirm return eligibility.

• Obtain the return address from AIRSEEKERS.

• Contact a courier company and ship the product back according to the instructions. (If the return is due to a performance failure caused by non-human-caused damage, AIRSEEKERS will provide a prepaid return shipping label.)

• After AIRSEEKERS receives the returned item, the technical support department will inspect the product. Once the product is confirmed to meet the return policy, we will process the refund.

 

Pre-Shipment Preparation for Return

• Perform a factory reset on the device added to your account, and then remove it.

• The returned item must be in its original packaging and include all original accessories. Please carefully and securely pack the product and all accessories in accordance with the packing guide. If accessories are incomplete upon return, you may be required to compensate according to the pricing of the missing accessories.


V. Refund Timeline

After AIRSEEKERS receives your returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. If the returned item has been opened and used, our warehouse will inspect the condition of the item, which may extend the refund processing time to up to 30 calendar days. If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe, please first consult your bank or credit card issuer.
