Product Warranty Service
Thank you for choosing AIRSEEKERS. We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional service. AIRSEEKERS offers a warranty for all original products (hereinafter referred to as "product"). Below are the details of our limited warranty service. Please read these terms carefully and ensure you register your product to enjoy the full warranty benefits.
Warranty Period
The product is eligible for a two-year limited warranty service after registration. The warranty period begins from the product activation date.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
Products that have been modified without authorization.
Natural wear and tear of parts from normal use (such as wheels, blades, fan blades, bumpers,
ground nails) and consumable accessories (such as batteries) as well as tools and attachments.
Damage caused by failure to follow the instructions in the user manual.
Damage resulting from the use of improper attachments or parts not intended for the design.
Damage caused by personal reasons, foreign objects, or accidents.
Failure to provide proof of purchase and product registration, warranty confirmation email.
Warranty Service
AIRSEEKERS warranty service covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Within the warranty period, for products or parts that are used and maintained normally, if defects are confirmed to be due to improper materials or manufacturing processes, AIRSEEKERS commits to free repair or replacement. The following measures will be chosen for the warranty service:
Replacement or repair of the defective parts or products. Replacement parts or products may not be new but will be in good working condition and carry the remaining warranty period of the original product.
Repair of the defective device.
Products or parts replaced by AIRSEEKERS become the property of AIRSEEKERS.
The warranty does not constitute additional claim rights.
Non-Warranty Service
If an AIRSEEKERS authorized dealer determines that the product is an official original but the defect or damage does not meet AIRSEEKERS's warranty service conditions, or the product is beyond the warranty period, the authorized dealer will provide a paid repair service for the defective product. This warranty does not cover services not mentioned and may incur additional fees.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty service is only available at AIRSEEKERS authorized service centers, where users can bring or send their products for after-sales service. If fulfilling the warranty would result in a violation of national or international trade regulations or embargoes and/or other sanctions, AIRSEEKERS will be exempt from its warranty obligations.
